As a child vacationing on Captiva it was a treat to have a dessert brought back from The Bubble Room by your parents. It was a magical adventure in the early 1980s and it is the same today in 2021! In the mid 1980s the Katie Cake was a red velvet special. Today 30 years later it is equally as magical.
